M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair using waterproofing compound @ 3% of cement weight, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3),on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6), on concrete surfaces of wall, finished aven and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal to existing treatment old surfaces on walls applying Two or more coats of Premium actylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Camouflage pattern) with silicon additives @ 1.43litr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs pointed in cement mortar, and removing unservicing tiles out side MOD as sch of credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping removing out side MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 ) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on cement mortar screed bedding in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface, and removal out side the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting,1 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings crumple joints in roofs (length and girth as flxed) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, roof pading, roof kerb or mud stops, water through, benching and like including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angle and throating with necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction @ 3% by weight of of cement on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove all loose dust etc. and preparing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymer mambrane of weight not less than 3.0Kg/ Sqm, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 Gms/Sqm) duly sealed at over laps and joint with flame (by torch aplicalion) all as per manufacturer's complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling Including cement mortar bedding but not hacking, removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the pennises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.16sqm,in floors etc, set jointed in neat grey cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F first quality glazed designer pattern coloured ceramic tiles of size 450mmx300mmx7mm thick fixed in pattern to wall (combination of dark & light colour with border) as in skirting, dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, over and including 10 mm thick randering of cement mortar (1:3), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed

Supplied & fixing, 4 mm thick figured glass pin head type, squares / rectangulars n.exc 0.5 Sq.m each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair, vitreous china oounter top (self rimming) wash hand basin, white in colour of size 630mm x 500mm including circular cutting and tucked in granite slab inclduing 15mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type single lever basin mixer, 32mm dia brass cp waste fitting and connection to waste pipe and water pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut , beding on 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed, with grey cement slurrry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Demolition shall also cater for sharp cutting of the purposed panel of demolition at joints with the existing adjacent concrete slab with diamond cutter upto full depth.

M&L for removing demolished materials etc retrieved from item no 1.75 above to a distance exc 1.50km to 5.00km from the starting point to out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed (One load = 0.62 Cum)

M&L for providing and laying dry lean concrete (DLC) 150mm thick of aggregate gradation as per table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 10Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 240 Kg/cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of the maxmimum dry density, necessary finishing etc, complete all as specified and tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works, 2013.

M&L for supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (virgin quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at traverse joints as minimum 300 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for 250mm thick PQC work in pavement of flexural strength of 45 kg/sqcm in field using minimum cement content 425 kg of cement per cubic meter, including necessary form work bullnoislng rounding off edges finishing by mechanical, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The minimum cement content shall be 425 kg for design mix, if during design mix cement decreases then minus DO shall be initiated and if cement content increases nothing shall be paid extra.

M&L finishing surface of concrete roads pavements by brooming, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Dummy/ Contraction joints with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and top 12mm filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for forming 25mm width expansion joints in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-moled 25mm thick compressible polythylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and top 20mm filed with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guaranteee aplying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying water borne paint (WBR) having DFT 240 micron thick road marking strips(retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using by fully/semi automatic paint applicator machine (using cold airless spray/striper machine with minimum two spray gun) including application of Drop-on glass beads driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P. cleaning the road surface of all dirt. seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications on bituminus surface / concrete by using air less spreay machine colour of paint shall be white / yellow / black / red or any colour required at site by user on Taxiway / Dispersal marking exceeding 10 cm width or girth as per recommended dimentions and as directed by Engineer In Charge.The existing surfaces shell be cleaned throughly with broom off dirt, dust, scales, oil greases etc. before application of the paint specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 3900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM (LPM): 1.60(6.0), PSI (Bar) :3300(227), Engine cc (hp) :120cc and maximum tip size :0.029 specification as per diected by Engr-ln-Charge. Note :- Ser No 1 to 5:- (a)Work will be carried out by the applicator of Manufacturers representative of company approved by GE.

M&L for racking out of old existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like cutting blades/ machines, widening of joints by 2mm by using joint cutting blades of appropirate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, veetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Thereafter filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polythylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia for complete length of the joint, over it to be filled top 12mm with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for racking out of old existing sealant compound, back up rod and filler board of the exisitng joints by special tools like cutting blades/ machines, widening of joints by 2mm by using joint cutting blades of appropirate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the filler board and pouring the sealant. Thereafter filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polythylene closed cell type filler board as specified, over it filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia for complete length of the joint,. Finally filled top 20mm with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating forming surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller including fillings in soft sports, depressions etc which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/orginal ground only) to required camber and gradient etc, Including watering before or during rolling complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick(compacted thickness) Granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Raod and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, curshed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the gradign required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and roling with vibratory roller and capacity 80-100 KN satic weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the MDD to achieve 'K' value of min 4 Kg/sqcm/cm consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for road and bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for forming 12mm thick expension joints filled with pre formed bituminous fillers and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' of 100mm thickness of slab/floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming contraction dummy joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stabilising subgrade upto depth of 500mm using cement at the rate of 3% of treated subgrade soil to achieve minimum 'K' value of 3kg/sqcm/cm including rolling and consolidation of subgrade not exc 15cm depth in each layer using power roller/ compactor exc 8 ton and n.exc 15 ton earth under OMC to achieve the minimum 98% density MOD using Modified compactor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63mm of broken ston, deposited,spread and levelled in layers not evceeding 15 cm thick, water and rammed to a true surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerb or mud slops rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electrical connnections from LT panels and taking out existing LT panel and keeping aside and re-positioining the same to other side , grouting the same in true position with PCC 1:2:4 types B2 using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate and making electrical connections, minor repair work for function of LT panels and painting with two coat of super enamelled first grade quality paint over one coat of red oxide primer and fixing of danger notice plate 440 Volt with conventional skull and bones in red signal colour - 01 No and testing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for clean dry river sand / fine sand, filling under floor or in foundations includinh watering and well ramming in layer n. exc. 25 mm each or cushioning above /below the under ground cable total depth of sand shall be 23cm, 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable) Punned to 18 cm (punned depth 18 cm shall be measured and recorded for paymant pursoses) complete all as specified and as directed

Note :-Schedule of credit Rs 141858.00 will be deducted from total quoted amount while calculating contract sum.
