Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 6mm thick anti-static Epoxy flooring system consisting of preprarion of existing surfaces after removal of existing flooring system of any type; application of Epoxy Primer-Nitto Primer 25mm/Epoxy Primer- SMARTCARE APCOFLOR HFP 130 or equivalent on the prepared surfaces and followed by fixing of copper foils tapes over self levelled screed as per the manufacturer's instructions and application of Nitto Floor SL/ SMARTCARE APCOFLOR LSC3N conductive under coat after 24 hours, it is followed by SMARTCARE APCFLOR ESD or equivalent and application of top coat Nitto SL/ SMARTCARE APCOFLOR ESD SL conductive top coat of total system of 6mm thick of required approved colour and pattern as per functional requirement complete all as per the manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed. M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of internal walls, etc by "Vacuum based sandng machine" and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer by "Auto Roller" and over one or more coats of wall care putty to a smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty)

M & L for preparing old decorated surfaces of wall, etc by "Vacuum based sandng machine" including cornces by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion by "Auto Roller" complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing made of 5.5mm dia wire with and including PVC coating of 1.3mm thickness and mesh size 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 16 to 20 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete as specified and directed. Taking down unserviceable main switches, DBs, bus bars chambers any capacityincluding all fittings and fixtures such as MCBs, isolator, etc and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub-main wiring (any numbers of cable) with rigid PVC/steel conduits/PVC casing-caping including cutting chases for conduits and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Point wiring with two runs of single core 1.5 Sq.mm. (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS (ISI marked) drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit 20 mm bore (Minimum) medium grade (ISI marked) concealed type including metal GI boxes of suitable module including modular white cover plate of suitable module for fixing modular type switches, sockets, regulators etc. including provision of multistranded 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor cable FRLS [ISI marked] as earth wire connected to common earth dolly and earth in distribution board complete all as specified and as directed, for one light/exhaust fan/fan point/call bell controlled by one way switch. Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall mounting fan of any size/sweep/make from it's existing position, sealing cable end, dismantling blades, cleaning all dust etc including servicing, oiling and greasing and replacing minor defective parts etc and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel (1st grade quality white) paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler and marking same MES No. with parmanent marker etc and re-fixing the exhaust fan and connecting up complete all as directed.
