Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete(1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate mixed with integral waterproofing compound, as per manufacturers instruction, as in sunken floor,foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid against relevant item BOQ.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in bed block or hold fast all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood 20 mm thick boarding, planed both sides, wrought, fixed with nails in any situation (except flooring and skirting) with butt joints as in eaves board all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 2nd class Hard wood 20 mm thick weather boarding clean swan,plain,20 mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30 mm lapsall as specified and directed.

S & F approved factory made 30m thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides as per approved manufacturer's instruction.(Note:-The unit rates for flush shutters include for the provision of suitable blocks for taking mortice locks, latches, or other fittings).

Supply and fix, factory made second class hard wood 30 mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) and fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

S & F approved factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening as per approved manufacturer's instruction.

S & F approved factory made Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail,lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per approved manufacturer's instruction.

Material and labour for taking down of existing Roof treatment from roof and fence and covering surface of old concrete roof by picking , sweeping clena and washing down with water remove dust, etc and applying roof treatement with the following specifications: (a) Rendering 15mm th in cm (1:4) fixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plaster surfaces for 7 days by ponding water over the roof (leveling coure) (b) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to IS- 3384-1088@ 0.30 litre per sqm on th cleaned plastered surfaces (c) Applying layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm th (minimum) weighing 3.50 kg per sqm (reinforced with polyster non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm by torch application . The overlap shall not less than 100mm onn the reverse direction and 75mm longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (e) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint of 0.10 ltr sqm over APP based polymeric membrane .(i) Payment against this item shall not be allowed in completion of all the stages of working slab. (ii) THe work shall be executed through well- trained applicators as per manufacturers instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE. NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for 20mm thich cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious composit compound as specified and approved and cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, and the second layer slurry @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesiveall as specefied and directed.

Taking down existing damagedEWC/ IWC alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing newEWC/ IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iii) Fixing of 25mm dia GI pipe (med gde) spout of length 45 cm (iv) Supply & fixing of vitreous china squatting pan, "ORISSA" pattern, size 580x440mm white with integral footrest, P/S trap etc complete including providing PCC lean concrete in Mix 1:5:10 complete. NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for providing, 40mm thick, Plain Cement Concrete(1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate mixed with integral waterproofing compound, as per manufacturers instruction, as in sunken floor and bath room area as specified and directed NOTE: The integral waterproofing compound will be measured and paid under relevant item of BOQ.

Material and labour for applying a uniform coat of blown bitumen conforming to IS-702 (85/25) @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, as in repair of bitumen tarfelt weighing 1.5 Kg/Sqm on AC/CGI roofsheets with suitable adhesive / bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, as in repair, vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern) white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including seat cover white closed type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, as in repairs, PVC cover for PVC tank opto 1000 ltr capacity cover with 6mm dia MS bar hinging device and 6mm dia MS bar locking arrangement of "S' type for monkey protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR)pipe single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) for 110 mm bore PVC pipes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair, PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) with access door for 110 mm bore PVC pipes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction to single (single T) equal or unequal 110 mm bore all as specified and directed.

Note:- Contractors representative should collect the complian at every day from B/R maintaince cell located at AGE B/R Misa Camp at 0900 hrs to 0930 hrs to carry out day to day maintaince through labour i.e. Mason, Carpentor, Plumber or as required basis to attand the all type of compliants.
