Improvement of Distribution system LWSS Aloh Punani in Tehsil Rakkar Distt Kangra (HP)

Brick work using common burnt clay building brick in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement :Six sand) with 2nd. Class bricks with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :- a) In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and walls under 20 centimetre in wide within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engieer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(One cement is to Two sand is to Four graded stone aggregate 20 milimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- A) Column piller etc

Suspended floors,roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders and cantilevers upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6 milimetre (Six milimetre) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement is to three sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20 milimetre(Twenty milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 milimetre in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames manufactures from commercial mild steel sheet of 12.5 milimetre thickness including hinges jump lock jamb lock jamb beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 milimetre or base ties of 1.25 milimetre pressed mild steel welded or regidly frixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but hinges 2.5 milimetre thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts. Providing and fixing of 1.00 mm thick M.S sheet garrage door with frame 40x40x6mm angle iron shutters for 3.15 thick gusset plate at the junction and corner att necessary fitting complete including applyimg priming coat of red with necessary screw complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (600x600x10mm) in grey/coloured of required shade in flooring, treads of step and landing laid on a bed 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3approved sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (600x600x10mm) in grey/coloured of required shade in skirting of riser of step Dedo. etc laid on12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3approved sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.

Distempering( two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give and even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Apply Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Enginer in charge

Providing and fixing 40 milimetre thick panelled, glazed or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors, window and clearstory window including bright finished/black enamelled iron but hinges with necessary screws in 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised mild steel wire gauge of is gauge designation 85 gauge wire of dia 0.56 milimetre for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary scews 40 milimetre thick of 2nd. class deodar wood within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing superior type of glass used instead of ordinary glass panes in glazed or panelled and clearstory winodw complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge. 6 mm thick glass.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Sliding door bolts anodised (250x16 milimetre )clour and shade with nuts and screws complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts with necessary screw complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge. a) 150x10 milimetre

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium handles anodised, transparent or or died to required shade with necessary screw complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge. a) 125 milimetre

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings,framed guard bars,ladders,railing,brackets and similar type of work within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
