Round the clock operation & maintenance of pumping machinery, gaseous chlorination system, Sub-station, internal and external electromechanical installations within WTP as per attached departmental terms and conditions by deputing 6 Nos. operators, 1 No. helper 2 nos. Diploma Engineer(Electrical /Mechanical) at Kamalnagar W.T.P. with maintaining operational log book (supplied by the Agency) of clear water pumps ( 3 nos. centrifugal pumps 132KW ), Backwash pumps (2Nos. 15HP/11.1KW) gaseous chlorination system, EOT crane / hoisting arrangement at pumping station and chlorination plant including electrical substation having transformer (2Nos. 1000KVA), HT breaker, HT and LT panel, chlorinator panel, APFC panel, total internal & external illumination arrangement along with ventilation system. Operation of clear water pumps, Chlorine pumps, having PDB, MCC, operating panel Presssure gauages mechanical and ultrasonic level Instrument, flow meter, Kilowatt hour meter, operinal sulice/ other valves actuator operated valves etc. for 20 hours in days and cleaning of substatuion C.W.R. completes chlorination plant complete along with its equipments on daily basis including guarding the hole installtion as per direction of EIC. w.e.f.- 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027

Providing H.T. licence supervisor or specialized technician having sufficient experience to supervising, repairing, maintaining and handling all electrical and mechanical or chlorination related problems in maintaining close contact with official of P.H.E. Dte., local authority / administration, WBSEDCL authority to sustain smooth and uninterrupted water supply (7days in a month). w.e.f.- w.e.f.- 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027

Routine and regular maintenance and repairing of pumps, motors, starters, all panels, valves with actuators, motor lid terminals, EOT crane/hosting arrangement at clear water pump house, pressure gauges, vacuum gauge including replacement of push button switches with actuator, indicating lamps / LED, timers all indication and recording meters, fuses, contractors, coils, control wiring and power wiring of panel boards, terminations including supply of all replacement materials as mention for all LT distribution panel board, all operating panels, LPBS board, power factor correction panels, cable tray and internal & external illumination.w.e.f.- w.e.f.- 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027

Servicing, testing and calibration by approved agency (Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL /Any power Generating unit) in presence of official of PHE Dte. As per guideline provided by EIC for –All relays viz. earth fault, over load, buchholz and checking of master trip, trip circuit, CT, PT, Spring charging system, closing /trips coil, VCB and breaker of L.T. (ACB, relays of ATS) panel, measurement of earthing resistance and re-generation of earth conductivity of all earth pit, Di-electric test of transformer oil etc. including calibration of Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter, etc. submission of the Test Report to Department in each case. w.e.f.- w.e.f.- 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2027
