L-180: Clean and inspect ICCP anodes and reference electrodes (02 nos.). Record insulation of anodes and ref electrodes with respect to hull.
L-181: Peeled off shield paint and paste around the anodes of ICCP system to be recoated. The surface preparation for recoating is required as same as that of new coating (area 02 Sq mtr approx). Both anode cables to be renewed if required (Mat Yard supply). Measure he resistance between hull anode anode after drying up. Hose test to be carried out on both anodes and both reference electrodes if found any water seepage in junction boxes / cofferdams. Renew shaft grounding carbon brushes with base (Qty 03 nos.).
L-182: Check the condition of underwater hull. Check all the circuit and thoroughly inspect the wiring /unit/sub unit, renew them wherever necessary and Re commissioning of ICCP system after dry docked routines
L-183: Clean and preserve all anodes and reference electrodes after docking and ensure cleaning of same before undocking
