Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.0 mtr.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 50mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Excavation & Earth work, brick cable cover, GI pipe and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable SVL/HPSV fitting with new new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light 35watt made up to pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV built in surge protection device including GI bracket of 32/40mm dia, 1.5 mtr long bent to any shape required as per site and making neccessry connection with 2.5 sqmm copper wire from fitting to pole box all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable fitting with new LED flood light 120 watt 230 V ,AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp and making neccessry connection with 2.5 sqmm copper wire complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Cutting/ trimming of trees branches from LT/ HT lines upto 2 metre horizontal & 2 metre vertical distance from both sides of electric line including shifting of cut trees branches away from site complete all as directed. Note:- Distance between two adjacent poles irrespective of distance shall be considered as one span.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC including taking down old pole of any type shape, size and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Galvanized steel wire 4mm dia for earth wire/ guard wire onHT/ LT poles stretched without kinks, bend and binding with wire including fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards, spacers, road crossing etc., including taking down old wire of any type shape , size and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed .

Supply , fixing and straining of Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including cutting of tree branches around the ACSR conductor within area of 5mtr complete all as specified & directed

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Stay Assembly using stay rod of 20mm dia complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I including galvanized steel stranded wire of size 7/4mm and taking out/ dismantling old stay assembly, complete all as specified (Loop type insulator, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ)

Loop type insulator, porcelain, vitreous white, brown or green, large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of Shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 1100 Volts of 90mm dia 75mm height including galvanized mild steel strip of size 31x3mm ,size 12mm dia insulator bolt,washers and nuts complete all as apecified.

Supply and fix in replacement timer switch box fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with mounting and locking arrangement duly powder coated duly grouted in PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) with 30cm below ground level and 30cm above ground level complete and consisting of following consisting of folowing:- (a) Timer -01 No (b) Power contractor 63FP Amps -01 No (c) connector 63 Amps 415V-03 Nos (d) MCCB FP 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 25 KA -01 No (e) Relay 32 Amps -01 No

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable digital/auto/manual time switch with all fittings all as per sample held in GE Office complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable FP power contactor 63 Amps with all fittings all as per sample held in GE Office complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable relay 32 Amps with all fittings all as per sample held in GE Office complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of CPRI approval LT panel board, outdoor type IP-54 protection as per IS-8623 , floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bar chamber made out of size 60cm x 45cm x 30cm with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm , duly supported with mild steel angle iron on plain cement concrete foundation (As per manufacturers instuctions) having height 60cms from ground level & 30 cms below ground level, with and including copper bus bars 200 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made , double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) totally enclosed dust, vermin & rust proof front operated, front & rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multi stranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc all as directed at site and comprising of the following:-

(a) MCCB 160Amps, 4Pole, 415 Volts AC supply, thermal magnetic release type 25 KA-01 No. (Incoming) (b ) Internal wiring of the panel board with single core copper cable PVC insulated of suitable size and control fuses (c) Cable entry gland and two no earthing terminal
