M & L for joint free non-skid ceramic tiles 9mm to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n.exc 0.38 Sqm, of approved colour in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on brick/concrete surfaces finished fair and even and scoured for fixing wall tiles, complete all as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic tiles colour 300 x 450 x 7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing in the same opening shutters of any description exc 1 Sq m and n.exc 2 Sq m each, complete all as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick cement plaster/backing coat on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed. (8+23=31)

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC flooring type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed. (3+2.2= 5.2)

Removing excavated materials soil exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed. (3.7+4.3=8.0)
