Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm N. size)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete,on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) .

Providing C.G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), including cutting to size and shape. 0.50mm thick

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation7.5 in foundation and plinth ic curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand); incl extra for work above plinth level.

Water pump of 1 HP capacity as approved by engineer on site

Installing of overflow pipe along with ball valve, all complete

Installing of cistern with all fittings, all complete
