Supplying and stacking 90 mm (Ninty milimeter) to 45 mm (Forty milimeter) stone agreegate and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified size to soling specification in uniform thickness hand paked with hand roller to proper grade as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in all leads & lift i/c carrige of material. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:- Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six coarse sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. 6mm milimeters thick cement plaster in ceilling brick in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand ), as per HP.PWD Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transporation in all leads and lifts, and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (one milimeter) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :- New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

25mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick kota stone slab flooring 20mm (Twenty milimeter) (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one isto four) laid over and joining with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 25mm (Twenty five milimeter) thick in rises of steps, skirting,or dado and pillers laid on 12mm (Twelve milimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto Three Sand ) laid over and jointing with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc. Sal wood, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :- 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete :- 250x16 mm, (Two hundred fifty into sixteen milimeter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :- 300x10 mm, (Three hundred into ten milimeter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :- 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. 250x 10 mm, (Two hundred fifty into ten milimeter) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood basedl surfacees after and including prepairing the surface by brushing to remove all dirt dust and other foregion matter. Providing 40x5 mm (Forty into five milimeter) flat iron hold fast 40 cm (Forty centimeter) long including fixing to frame with 10 mm (Ten milimeter) diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm (Thirty into ten into fifteen centimeter)1:3:6 mix (one cement isto three coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
