Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls ,ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of 1st grade quality of approved shade on walls including a coat of primer by auto roller machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls by vacuum based sanding machine and applying one coat of cement base paint of 1st grade quality by auto roller machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops , dirts and splashes etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm girth and width including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strands steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixed to any shape/type of standard posts, straining bolts, including screwing or tightning at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (Note : Each line of wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair erecting of 600 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm but nexc 15cm long and diameter of neck in mm 11 to 15 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description or girth over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops , dirts and splashes etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying of rust remover after cleaning to remove loose rust/scales /corrosion from reinforcement bars having specific Gravity 1.2-1.22. The material to be applied to the rusted metal using brush allow it to react for 16-24 Hrs & afterwards wire burshing the surface clean with dry cloth before application of protective coating etc complete all as specified and derected.

M&L for providing and applying corrosion resistant non shrink free flow cementitious one component micro concrete with average thickness 50mm using having compressive strength (BS 4551-80-60) MPA at 28 days tensile strength (ASTM C 348)-2.0 N/MM2 @ 28 days Flexural strength (ASTM C 348)-9 EPOXY BONDING AGENT TM Bond FP Thermax having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3) -25 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 3 Hrs at 30°C pouring of micro concrete into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and the bottom shutering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrata etc & including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer complete all as specified and directed.
