Excavation in foundation in trenches in earth work in pick work, jumper work within all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtr clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Squared rubble masonery coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 kg. per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) above plinth level upto floor two level (2nd. class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 sand ) 2nd class bricks within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charges.

Half brick masonary in cement brunt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1cement : 4 sand ) 2nd class bricks within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the line floor etc upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintles not exceeding one metre in depth in all height within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders and cantilever upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge)

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding, & placing in position complete upto floor two level) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonry walls & interior plastering upto floor two level including internal angle chamfers &/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm cement plaster in single on rough side of brick / concrete /stone masonery wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smoth in cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1cement : 3 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Pointing on brick work with Cement Mortor 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Sand ) flush pointing within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joists channels, angle cleats as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters, steel gate and like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Excavation in earth work in spade work and filling in 15 cm. layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidating upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto a 1.5 metres within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position 2nd. Class deodar wood within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled and glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished / black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws in 2nd. class deodar wood 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1 : 2 :4 ( One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement ( 40mm thick.) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood & wood based surface after and including repairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt & other foreign matter & papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing pink primer for enemel within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on underocated surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing stone kharanja drain 45 cm. wide including 25 cm. side stone laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3asand:6graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface concrete smooth within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charges.

Providing and fixing Aluminium tower bolts (barrel type) with screws (200x10mm) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. handles with necessary screws complete 100 mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S sliding door bolts anodized tranparent obright finished or/and black enamelled with bolts and nuts screw etc., (250x16mm) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S hooks and eyes 150mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamps type-I of 16mm dia MS barbent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed position of loop, all as per standard design complete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat square of round bars with rammed headed bolts & nuts or by screws(Plain grill) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work in spade work and filling in 15 cm. layers in foundation and plinths including ramming, watering and consolidating upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto a 1.5 metres within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of Toilet 1.00x1.00 mtr, Size of standard height and depth made of RCC planks frame and shutter of angle iron and plain CGI sheet WC Indian type and pits including excavation to toilet foundation and soak pit and kinds of soil and disposal of surplus excavatged earth, filling with course sand, cement concrete flooring 1:2::4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) for rural sanitation system in all leads and lifts as per standard design and drawing or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
