Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repairing random rubble masonry with hard stone including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto all heights and depths, but excluding the cost of scaffolding, which shall be paid for separately, with:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand), but excluding the cost of raking out joints and scaffolding, which shall be paid for separately:

Flush/ Ruled pointing

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

In cement mortar

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : This is excluding the cost of scaffolding which shall be paid for separately.

In cement mortar

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface including clearing grass/ bush etc., for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.
