Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to item No 1 for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soft/loose soil not exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting point. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry river sand for cushioning for protection of under ground cable in trench complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced factory made precast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover retrieved from taking out of cable flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping to the poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filing and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing damage/unserviceable/faulty PVC insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 11000V grade cable of any size and core from trenches, pipe, ducts, pole etc. testing for serviceability of cable, cutting and segregating serviceable portion for relaying serviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing, size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing, size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only serviceable11 KV XLPE insulated armoured cable obtained from item no 30 above complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work will be paid and measured sepertely in relevant item.

M&L trimming/cutting of tree branches to provide proper clerancearound existing HT over head line up to 3 lines with clearance of 3mtr on both the sides from center of OH line all as per technical requirement including removing of cut treesbranches from site and depositing one place for burning/removing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting of bushes and cleaning the area around the sub station including two pole/four pole structures premises at Dadwara , Ex Mahararaja Land area and cutting the bushes, trimming the trees, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm dia galvanised iron or strip complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F in repair HT cable/route indicator 100 mm dia 3 mm thick cast iron painted brown colour and fixed MS angle iron 25 x 3 mm, 60 cm long of suitable size along HT cable trench including planting in ground with PCC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enanelled white of size 20 x25 cm with figures letters and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steeel clamps made of flat iron nuts bolts and washers etc for HT poles with voltage and danger indicated in hindi and english and local vernacular complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vice type connector consisting of two brass plates and two steel bolts for 2 conductor ( of size 4 to 07 mm dia ) unequal size for non tension connection including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly complete all as specified and as directed.

Making drill hole of suitable size under road for laying pipe line of size 150mm bore at 1 metre depth from ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Drill hole (trenchless) shall be done without disturbing top surfaces of road by appropriate machine.

M&L for anti climbing devices spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole for HT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement old unserviceable HT jumpering from HT 4/2 pole structure to bus bar to GOD 3 Nos with HT cable 95 sqmm not less than 3 mtr complete including connector and lugs of suitable size with provision of Nuts & bolts washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hiring of cable fault locator machine for HT cables working voltage 11 KV to find out the fault in underground trench at different location up to 500 RM after locate fault charging the cable and jointing the cable on both side in RMU or over hed line complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work will be paid and measured sepertely in relevant item

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 1,11,465.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
