Laying and Jointing HDPE Pipe. Heading

Supplying all materials , labour , T&P , complete in all respect for construction of RCC Roof building pump house and construction of compound wall for pump house and construction of approach road alongwith site Development including laying , testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as HDPE , ASTM , GI pipe lines etc. along with required fittings & specials and construction of RCC Valve chambers, individual points for house hold connection , stand alone , installation of Chlorination system , installation of submersible pump with motor in deep Tube well etc. ( Including supply of stand by pump motor ) , internal wiring of pump house , etc. as per detail scope of work & Technical specification , Quantity of work mentioned in section - 5 and in ( Annexure - A to G) . All materials required shall be supplied by the contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimentions are as per Annexure and direction of Engineer- in -charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7.00 mtr and residual chlorine of 0.20 mg/ ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS System. (Refer Annexure)

Supplying all labour,material & T&P with required design & drawing for construction and commission of 200000 lits capacity 1- No circular flat botton with dom shape RCC Under Ground Reservoir ( UGR ) over 1.00Mt.staging above the ground level including supply of all materials, labour T&P for ( i ) laying of 150/100mm dia CI / M.S Pipes ( Tata/ Jindal Make ) Specials such as Tees, bends etc.inclduing cutting of pipe to required length , all conveyance of pipe & special to site. Providing lights , berriers , threads and labour all complete ( ii ) including testing of joints aal complete ( iii ) fitting & fixing CI flanged Sluice valve/ NR valves/ CI single Air valve of standard make with flanged end with tail pice with supply of jointing materials including cleaning & testing, ( iv ) Construction of brick mesonary chambers for Sluice valves and NR valve all complet total 4 Nos( Inside size of the chamber is 0.90mt x 0.90mt x 1.00 mt (Detail drawing attached) coplete as per the direction of EIC.

The contractor shall maintain the PWS Project for five ( 5 ) calender years from the completion date including defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get ( adepuate ) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8 hour / day without facing any problems. The contractor shallrepair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 Hrs of receipt of complain either from public or from Department. The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS Schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & Technical spacification mentioned in section - 5 and in Annexure - L
