i)Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from CLW approved Vendors [ for CLW Item ID 2101027001, Brake Gear arrangement (WAG-7 and WAP-4) and its components] as per clause 16.3 of Eastern Railway General Tender conditions .[ GTC attached] (ii) The status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning. (iii) Firms quoting on behalf of appd source will have to upload tender specific authorization from appd source failing which offer will be rejected.

In case of Authorized Dealer, whether bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Whether Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, whether firm has submitted UDYAM registration number as per public procurement policy. 5. Whether The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.
