55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.2:Supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement(IRC 3.2.1.a)

55.5.a:Levelling undulation with precoated chips with 1% of paving bitumen (vg 30) by weight of chips in a suitable mixer duly heated to 160 degree temperature spreading, levelling and rolling to required line and level for thickness up to 20 mm.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.7.a:Providing bitumen leveling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD53250/2021-2022:Providing laying and rolling of close graded premix carpet of 2 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Morth M-041 )Aggregates premixed using viscosity grade bitumen (VG 30 @ 22 Kg of bitumen per 10 sqm (Morth 5.7.1 Type A )to required line,grade and level on a previously prepared base ,including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with athree wheel static roller of 80-100 KN capcity,finished to required level and grades.By manual means
