Demolition of existing water proofing treat includig PCC padding etc and cleaning roof surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster/PCC by brushing with wire brush and fanning te surface to remove all loose dirt etc.

M/L for PCC type type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to make up undulations as in levelling course over roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping and the like including weathring slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & incl necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete complete.

M&L for applying Roof treatment in the following stages all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. :- M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing powder.

Applying bituminous primer on plastered surface @ .30 Kg/Sqm

M & L for applying APP modified polymeric membrane of 100 microne HMHDPE outer film 20 microne both side thickness 2,00 mm having weight 3.00 Kg/Sqm with overlap100 mm & end lap 150 mm.

Applying blown type bitumin grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm .

Second layer of 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete

M & L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on top surface in padding ,well compected with groove filled with mastc bitumen of 1:1 size of PCC panal 60 cmx60 cm all as specified.

Dismantling of PVC water storage tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs including cleaning and refixing the same all as specified.

S&F rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks capacity 500 ltrs (cylendrical vertical with closed top )hoisted and fixed in all as specified.

Dismantling of PVC water storage tank of capacity exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000ltrs including cleaning and refixing the same all as specified.
