REPAIR/MAINT OF DRAIN, CULVERT, BOUNDARY WALLS, HARD STANDING, PATH, AREA LIGHTING SYSTEM AND RELATED WORKS IN ABHERA AND SOUTHERN SECTOR AT MIL STN KOTA

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified as mentioned in note of the item and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Steps to be followed for cement base paint :- Colour scheme of cement base paint passed by GE. (a) Curing the newly plastered surface of wall by spray gun. (b) Applying one coat of primer. (c) applying one coat of cement base paint (d) curing of surface by spray gun (e) Applying second coat of cement base paint after that curing of surface by spray gun.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described into primary parts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling (curved on plan to a mean radius exceeding 6 metre) of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L except stone for walling (curved on plan to a mean radius exceeding 6 metre) of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and as directed.
