Excavation in foundations and trenches etc.(for pipes and pits in all depths etc. in all kind of soils such as pick work,,jumper workblasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into sides of foundation and trenches etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of beds and sides and preparation of sub grade,restoration of unmetalled/metalled/ paved surfaces to its original conditions including soring,strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required providing diversions for traffic,fixing night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Pick & Jumper work 50% each

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 sand: 8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level including all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying Precast Slab in nominal concrete mix of M 25 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in all lead and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone/boulder filling under floor in bottom in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing following fittings required for outlet assembly:-

Laying,jointing and testing High Density Polyethylene pipes in trenches of 110 mm dia PN 4 .

110 mm dia PN 6 HDPE pipe end

110 mm dia PN 6 HDPE pipe 90 degree bends

110 mm dia PN 6 HDPE pipe QC pump connector

Providing mild steel / Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tor Steel in all leads and lifts.

Providing & laying (to level and slope) reinforcedced concrete pipe (NP-2.0) 900 mm Diameter for outlets

Providing & laying (to level and slope) reinforcedced concrete pipe(NP2) 350 mm Diameter for outlets

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia of Leader/Kirlosker make of Class PN-1.00 including MS flanges confirming to IS 6392-1971 of Flange Table 17 and welding of MS flanges in requisite layers on both faces including carrige complete in all respect .

Steel work welded in built up sections. Trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting & fixing in position & applying a primming coat of red paint in grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works.

Miscellanious items required for locking arrangement and other accessories as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Laying,jointing and testing High Density Polyethylene pipes in trenches of following dia and class PN- 4 & PN-6, PE 80 grade duly ISI marked IS: 4984-1995 complete through push type compression joints with Butt heat fusion welded joints by hydraulically operated machine complete with upto date amendments including carriage of pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
