Supply and delivery of High-wall Split type Air-conditioner machine having the following specification :- Cooling Capacity : 7 kW (Minimum) Minimum ISEER : 3.8, BEE levelling- 3 Star (min) [1st July 2022 to 31st December 2025] IS Compliance : IS-1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments Refrigrant : R410A/ R32 Compressor : Rotary/Scroll with fixed speed Evaporator & Condenser Coil : Copper Operating outdoor temperature : 50ºC and above Power Supply : 230V, 50Hz (±tolerance as per applicable standard) The PCB board of indoor unit should be covered by metallic enclosure. The scope of work is also includes supply of following (i) Necessary refrigerant copper line with nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape- 3 mtr. (ii) Necessary 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type- make- Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel) - 3 mtr and with 25A plug top with indicator (Legrand/Crabtree/Schneider/North West). (Make- Mitubishi Electric/ O-General/ Zamils).

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of above Hi wall split AC machine after making hole in wall and mending good damages etc as per direction of EIC including Supply of required Refrigerant, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor and 40x40x5 mm MS angle iron frame for outdoor unit (or arrangement recommended by Manufacturer), duly painted, laying and making connection of refrigeration pipe, power cable, drain pipe etc as per direction of EIC.

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. For complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) Supply & Fixing of extra refrigerant pipe (as requisite dia) with nitrile rubber insulation and wrapping tape (each mtr Refrigerent pipe will include cost of 1 meter liquid pipe line and 1 mtr gas pipe line of required dia and other accessories as required)

S & F of additional following items for length exceeding 3 mtr. for complete installation and commissioning of above AC machine. (i) 2.5 sqmm, 3/4 core copper cable (FRLS type- make: Polycab/Finolex/RR-Kabel)

Supply and Laying Soft Drawn PVC Drain Pipe 19 mm dia with proper supports & brackets as per direction of EIC. (Make- Suprime/Oriplast)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm/25mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes as per GS.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type AC starter (Make- North West/ Legrand/Crabtree) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Make- North West / Legrand/Crabtree), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.
