SPECIAL REPAIR B/R Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets/ss wall & ceiling panelling, any thickness, including cover fillets. Note: Schedule of credit for SS panelling is considered in Kgs

Material and labour for Pre-fabricated Operating Room for OT 1 of size 6.1m x 5.8m of freestanding structure, constructed from composite, SS 304 grade having 0.8 mm Antimicrobial powder coating with 12 - 18mm Gypsum/Plaster board backing with galvanized substructure 1.5 - 2mm thickness with vertical square steel pipes on Basic grid 1200 mm made up of Floor rails (thickness 1.5 mm),Profile supports from square steel pipe 60 x 30 mm (thickness 2 mm) including provision for 02 no windows of two glass panes sandwiched of size 1.2m x1.2m, all as shown in drawing/specified. The pre-fabricated Operating Room will be constructed by Wall & Ceiling panels. Ceiling panel is placed at an angle of 90° with the wall panel. The corner of the wall will be constructed by a special corner profile at an angle of 135° for internal and external corners made of anodised aluminium, enamelling is project-specific, to fit in wall elements in the corners includes mounting parts. The ceiling panel is Galvinized Steel cassette system of 0.7 mm thickness with powder coating 600 x 600/1200 mm with substructure for Clip-in type mechanism Standard with Silicone Gasket fitted between the adjacent cassettes for absolute sealing and sound insulation and will be placed at an height of 3000mm from finished floor level. Ceiling profile as 3-fold U-profile made from extruded aluminum placed on Top structure on raw ceiling and Grid adaptation carried out in accordance with on site situation.

The prefabricated OT unit will include Supply and Installation of Storage Cabinet with width 600-1200 x 400 x 2100 made of powder coated/plain SS 304 grade of thickness 0.8mm. The cabinet should have made up of 5 mm thick toughened glass with SS framing, these doors should be installed on the storage units with the help of fittings allowing an opening allowance of at least 160degree. The storage unit should be divided in 4 equal parts and each part should have individual doors with locks of make such as Godrej in the system. It should have detachable type steel racks duly fitted with UV lights to provide All as per indication sketch and as per the direction of Garrison Engineer/Consultant (item not covered above will paid separately as related) Note: Steel to be used from JINDAL/ TATA STEEL/SAIL The flooring in each operation theatre room, and other areas are seamless with perfectly curved flash-covings, resistance to mechanical stress and dynamic loads and having ESD/EMI Conductive Vinyl 2 mm Thickness Anti-static with self levelling compound and copper stripping incl dismantling. It has anti-bacterial and fungicidal properties.
