Excavation in post hole (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut nexc 5cm long, dia of neck exc 08mm and nexc 12 mm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 07 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. (Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/dismantling asbestos cement (corugated or semicorrugated etc) sheets, in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in framed/unframed work in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
