OVER HEAD TANK WORKS 100 Kl 18 m. Staging

Design and Construction of RCC O.H.T of 100 Kl capacity (in Kiloliters) and 12 m. Staging with 1.00m wide RCC staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 25mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H. cover with loacking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S M.H. cover , ventilator column etc. complete with approved water proofing ( apex)/ enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 staging 12.00 meter

Additional rates for staging per meter height beyond 12 m height including cost of all material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding T&P complete for capacity (in kiloliters) Over Head Tank. (Extra 6 M. Height)

Construction of masonry type chamber for sluice value Size as per type design.

PUMP HOUSE WITH ATTENDANT ROOM

Supply of all Materials, Labours, T&P etc.and Construct a Pump House With Size (3.50 m x 4.50m) along with Attendant Room with size (3.00 m x 3.50m) , kitchen and W.C. as per Design and Drawings, all complete.

Excavation in Ordinary Soil (loams, clay, sand) for foundation including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m filling, watering and ramming of Excavated the earth into the trenches or into the sides between foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal. (20 X 0.70 X 1.10)
