De-watering the existing RCC under ground/semi under ground sump of 50000 Gallon capacity and scratching and cleaning all internal surfaces of roof, walls, pillar and floor to remove scales, mud & other foreign material and applying a solution of potossium permanganate (KMnO4), scrubbing with water using jute/bushes and washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and fresh water, finally washing the surfaces with fresh water and treating all internal surfaces with providing two coats of anti corrosive paint including repair to vent pipes including providing wire mesh and clamps complete and writing capacity of sump, date of cleaning & due date of next cleaning in thick synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of sump in block capital letters of height 25cm complete all as specified and directed. Notes for serial item No. 47.00 to 48.00 :- (i) The mixture of bleaching powder & water for cleaning shall be prepared by mixing 250gm of bleaching powder in 10 litres of fresh water. (ii) All inlets/outlets/over flow/wash out connections shall be cleaned. Any leakage in joints shall be made good as directed and quoted rate also includes this aspect. (iii) The existing water, water used for cleaning etc shall be bailed out at the nearest open drain available. (iv) Any damage occurred to the assets during cleaning etc shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (v) All protective & safety measures for workmen shall be responsibility of the contractor. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this provision. (vi) If work is not done upto satisfactorly level of concerned JE/AGE (E/M), the work will be redone upto the mark without any extra cost.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, pipes, erection of poles, structs/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.
