Taking down carefully existing aluminium conductor point wiring (light / fan / socket or power point) complete, with all fittings such as switches, socket, regulator, ceiling rose, utility light fittings and lamp holders etc and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls roof and floor etc as per existing specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards / outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and fan regulators etc. for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Checking of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep at site when and where required as MES complaint slip on daily basis if required excepting Sunday and holidays in existing position including Supply and fixing as replacement at site in position ceiling fan capacitors 2.5 mfd all as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connections, dismantling the blades and removing fan including blades to the workshop including cleaning and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spare parts with new parts including necessary machining works and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connections and material and labour for replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Rewinding work of armature (if any) shall be measured and paid separately (ii) New spare parts required for replacing old burnt out parts other than connector, split pins, connection block and rubber reel shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate of item No. 82.00

Taking down carefully existing exhaust fan any sweep and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, and removing the exhaust fan with blade to the work shop including cleaning of dust and dismantling the fan into parts and segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) re-assembling the fan complete , testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour for replacement of one connection block all as specified and as directed. Note : i) Rewinding work (if any) shall be measured and paid separately ii) New spare parts required for replacing old worn out parts other than connector, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. iii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate of item No. 83

M&L for comprehensive repair/ maintenance of storage type electric water heater (geyser) vertical or horizontal type of capacity 25 ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down, opening or dismantling, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank upto the satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (b) Checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing then washers/ gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectifying earth continuity of the electrical circuits of the geyser and power point. (d) Checking and refixing thermostat and re-adjust (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts/ components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/ components required shall be measured and paid separately under Item No. 110 to 119 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item No. 108

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of solar water heater (Geyser ) horizontal type of capacity 100/500 Ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down , opening or dismantling, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing the washers/gasket nut etc. (c) Checking, and re-fixing solar Flat Plate collector/ tube collector and re-adjust. (d) De-scaling the immersion type heating element with diluted Hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (e) Re-assembling the solar water tank ,solar water tube collector/ flat plate collector, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts / components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/components required shall be measured and paid separately under item No 110 to item No 119 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item no. 109

Supply only thermostat of Type EST 11 / 20A, 250 Volt of approved make and having ISI mark all as specified.

Supply only thermostat of Type EST 7 / 15 A , 250 Volt approved make and having ISI mark all as specified.

Supply only heating elements of capacity 2 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type /screw type/triangular/circular base or ceramic cartage type),ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Supply only heating elements of capacity 2/3 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type solar water heater as per site requirement (press type /screw type/triangular/circular base or ceramic cartage type),ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

Supply only heating element of capacity 1.5 KW AC 240 volts ISI make and as per sample

Supply only copper siphon assembly suitable for 25 ltr capacity geysers any make as required at site of approved make complete with inlet and outlet and provision for thermostat pipe with drain pipes with drain plug, screws, studs, clamps for fixing heating elements etc. including gasket all as specified and as directed

Supply only plug top 3 pin, 16 amps

Supply only PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible round stranded copper wire 2.5 sqmm, 3 core

S&F earth plug socket with MCB DP 20 Amps including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for tracing and arresting of leakage in storage tank of 25 ltrs capacity Geysers by brazing and soldering at leakage point and testing on completion to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Geyser of capacity 25 ltrs from its existing position after disconnecting inlet and outlet water connection including material and labour for spray painting to Geysers with one coat of Ist grade synthetic enamel paint of approved tint after preparation of old steel surface including writing serial / MES number as specified (with black colour paint with each letters/figures(in Block) of height n.exc 2 cm ) and refixing the Geysers to its existing position on completion of painting including making inlet/outlet water connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection pipe with two brass adaptors 450mm long & fixing in position including taking out old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chromium plated connecting pipe for hot water of length upto 60cm long, including two brass connecting nut with gasket and connecting up complete including taking out old one all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing non return valve 15mm bore as in replacement of old one and connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing anchor bolt of size 10mm dia and 100mm long bolt including ,nut,washer for mounting the geyser all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs water heater (Geyser) storage type 5 star rated AC 230 Volts of capacity 25 litres with Grounding of 4 Nut and Bolts and connecting pipe for outlet and inlet water from geyser complete incl taking out old u/s kept deposit in MES store all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS ceiling fan MS hook suitable length all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep.
