Cutting existing DI pipe line for alterations or additions necessarily done in position without taking down and inserting T of 100 x 100 x 100 mm and Tee for tapping all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of centrigugal pump set with minimum ratings not less than 20 HP , 70 Mtr Head , 10 LPS with delivery size of 80 mm bore, with 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC 3 Phase supply, electric driven, inclusive of air valve at delivery, pressure guage,star delta starter for pumps along with cabling by XLPE Copper cables from starter to Pump set with cable tray and PCC foundation. all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix flanged end lift type Foot valve 100 mm dia with brass strainer, suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal encloser with provision of fixing incoming and out going cables with bus bar and cable connection to tinned copper bus bar with insulators suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 100 A capacity complete with powder coating, necessary internal electric connection as required and provision of the following all as specified and as directed. (For Fresh Water Pumps) Incomming:- (a) MCCB 63 Amps,25 KA - 01 Nos Outgoing:- (a) MCB 32 Amp,16 KA TP - 03 Nos(for two pumps + 01 Spare). (b) LED Indicating Lamps for each phase with colour coed Red Yellow Blue for R, Y and B Phases-03 Nos. (c) DOL starter of capacity 20 HP, 3 Phase, 4 wire - 2 Nos.

ROADS /PATH/HARD STANDING/CULVERT

Granular sub Base (GSB) with grading V of 150mm thick Compacted thickness (laid in two layers of 75mm each, Compacted seperately) confirming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient asnd camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/ Grader and vibratory soil compacter of Capacity 8-10 ton all as specified and as directed. (a) Pavement shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (b) Compaction of granual sub base filling shall be carried out under Optimum moisture condition to achieve 98.50 modified density. (c) Curing shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations. (d) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested/ checked for suitability to use.

(e) The lead/ Royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/ Adjustment for increased in lead or Rate of Royalty due to whatever reason shall be admissible on his account. (f) Contractor shall use Vibratory earth compactor inlieu of Power roller to achieve 98.00% MDD at OMC without any extra cost and the method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting MDD at OMC. (g) GSB shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in Perticular specification.

Wet mix Mecadam of 250mm thick (Compacted thickness) laid in three equal layers compacted seperately with Coarse aggregate of specified grade spred rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/ Grader and Pandom Vibrator of capacity of minimum 8-10 Tons at OMC to achieve atleast 98% MDD determained using modified Proctor density determination method as per IS code on prepared GSB surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. The rate quoted shall be for 250mm compacted thickness. 2. Each layer shall be rolled seperately.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on road surface with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to MORTH (Clause. 803.40) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 Degress C, including cleaning and drying the road surfaces to ensure dust,oil,grease and moisture free surface beforeapplying paint complete all as specified as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix HT Cable route indicator cast iron 150mm dia, 6mm thick plate with arrow for indicating direction 3mm embossed letters with 2No of holes and mounting on angle iron of 50x50x5mm of 1.0 M height with painting including with PCC, Earth work excavation & painting complete and specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. xi) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions., xii) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.
