Supplying of superior quality sheer curtain fabric of approved make and colour/design as per direction of engineer in charge(Basic price shall not be less than 160/m).

Supplying of superior quality fabric for frill cloth/cushion/bloster covers/head board and bed runner of approved make and colour/design as per direction of engineer in charge (Basic price shall not be less than 365/m)

Supplying of superior quality frill cloth fabric of approved make and colour/design as per direction of engineer in charge (Basic price shall not be less than 350/m)

Supplying and fixing of superior quality roller blinds of approved make in bathroom as per direction of engineer in charge including fixing charge

Stitching and fixing pleated curtains (Main curtains), attached with lining cloth,using M. track of approved thickness including all material costs, labour charges etc.complete (excluding the rate of curtain fabric,length of drappery rod to be considered for payment purpose) (Basic price shall not be less than 800/m)

Stitching and fixing pleated curtains (Shear curtains), using M. track of approved thickness including all material costs, labour charges etc.complete (excluding the rate of curtain fabric,length of drappery rod to be considered for payment purpose) as per direction of engineer in charge (Basic price shall not be less than 600/m)

Stitching and fixing into position frill curtains on the existing frame using fabric provided as per direction of engineer in charge.(Basic price shall not be less than 800/m)

Replacing the existing fabric on the headboard with 1"and 1/2" inch foam of 32 density (excluding cost of fabric) using pin,adhesive,beeding rope,labour all inclusive and including cost of polishing wherever necessary as per direction of engineer in charge.

Covering three sides of the wooden cot with one inch foam using good quality pin,adhesive etc all complete excluding polishing as per direction of engineer in charge.

Stitching of bed runner to specification with material provided as per direction of engineer in charge.

PART B - UPHOLSTERY WORKS- PALACE BLOCK- 4 ROOMS

Wall sette- Complete change of form on the seat portion,strenghening the base,new elastic support with 4" and 1/2" foam of 32 density using cloth provided as per direction of engineer in charge

Chair- Change of foam on the seat portion with 2" foam and 1/2" foamof 32 density. With stapler pin, gum, labour all inclusive excluding cost of fabric and polishing as per direction of engineer in charge

Curved sofa- Complete change of foam on the seat portion,with 4" and 1/2" foam of 32 density using stapler pin, gum, labour all inclusive excluding fabric as per direction of engineer in charge .

PART E: RECEPTION/ G.M ROOM

Supply of superior quality fabric for two seater, single seater, chair, wall side sofa etc. of D'décor make or approved equivalent of approved colour/designas per direction of engineer in charge (Basic price shall not be less than 650/m)

Cane chairs- Replacing existing seat cushion with 4" foam of 32 density covered with polyster fabric. Fixing new upholstery fabric on to the cushion using superior quality fabric of approved design and colour, loose cushion covers stitched with zip only. No polishing involved.

Bed cot side cover-labour charges- Covering three sides of the wooden cot with one inch foam using good quality stapler pin, adhesive etc. labour complete excluding polishing.( fabric will be supplied seperately)
