Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 meters stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 meter clear from the edge of excavation and the rreturning the stacked soil in 15 cm layer, when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating eache deposit layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete work excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts & nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. 200x10mm

Providing and fixing anodyzed aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolt and nuts screws etc. Complete in all respect 250x16mm

Providing and fixing of anodized aluminium handles with screws etc. Complete 100 mm as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. hooks and eyes 150 mm complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles(300x300mmx10mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chambers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose material & other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Wall painting (one coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose material & other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Steel work welded in builtup section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead painting grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackets and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

Steel work welded in builtup section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead painting in beam, joists, channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plate or angle cleats as in main and cross beams hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like within all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing 0.60 mm Thick pre-painted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L-hooks bolts & nuts 6 mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying two coat of acrylic primer (Spectrum or equivalent of superior quality) on new concrete / stone /plastered wall surfaces including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose material & other foreign matter and sand prepared smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Painting two coat (excluding Priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with while enamel paint as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive compete.100 mm dia pipes
