(a) Supplying & fixing 300 mm sweep Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan suitable for 230 V 50 HZ AC Supply i/c making opening in brick wall / window/ Shelter for fixing of unit, connection with 3x1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and FR PVC round Sheathed Cu conductor flexible cable on surface/recess/ exsiting cable treys , testing etc (Exhaust Fan Make-- Crompton / Havells/ Bajaj or similar superior make )
(b) S/F of M.S. jali with frame & rain protection cover in outer side of Exhaust Fan , painting etc
(c) S/f of 200mmx 300mm M.S. jali & wire cage with frame as inlet of Air , painting etc ---02 nos
S/f timer unit constituting of 01 no. digital type thermostat/ Temp controller with LED display & sensor with lead and 01 no. Analog Time Switch /Electronic timer (1 second to 10 hrs ) in suitable size MS box with hinged door, connection etc. as required. (Timer Make-BCH/L&T/GIC-J648B1 & Analog Time Switch make - SELEC - TC513/TC533BX or similar superior make) Note-- Timer will run Exhaust fan for 2 hrs and kept in off position for 15 minutes
Providing Chimney made out of 24 gauge GI Sheet on the 3G BTS to exhaust hot air directly to out side of Room/ Shelter by providing PVC Pipe 3 inch ( rigid / flexible) PVC bend/elbow in inner & outer side,jali at outer bend( so that birds could not enter in BTS room) for hanging with chain, sealing the pipe entering holes properly ( rain water could not enter in BTS room), 02 nos PVC Pipe in inlet, opening in shelter/ room etc.(Note-- (1) Drawing and item shall be approved by SDE(E) before installation )
S/f M.S Jali (Net ) for protection of insect entry on existing window/in let air opening fixed on MS patti/nut bolts/fastners for Air Inlet i/c cutting welding & painting, etc ( exsiting opening available for Window)-- For Inlet Air
