Earth work in excavation/cutting in earth work in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeter) in depth, 1.5 m (one point five meter) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square meter)on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto approved dumping site,, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five meter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils upto approved dumping site :-Ordinary rock, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Stone soling properely hand packed filling interstics with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm (One hundred milimeter) spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six coarse sand) , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm (Fifty three milimeter to Zero point zero seven five milimeter) ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (Eight) to 10 (Ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :- 1:1½:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 (Zero point nine zero) ltr/ 10 (Ten) sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80(Zero point Eight zero) ltr/ 10 (Ten) sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (One cement isto Six fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm (Twelve milimeter) cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (One cement isto Six fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Fixing chowkhat in existing opening in brick/ RCC wall with dash fasteners/Chemical fasteners of appropriate size (3 (Three) nos on each vertical member of door chowkhat and 2 (Two) nos on each vertical member of window chowkhats), including Cost of dash fasteners/ chemical fastener, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm(Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm(Twenty two milimeter) thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm(Twenty milimeter) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four coarse sand) Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67(One point six seven) ltr/10 (Ten) sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 (Two point two zero) kg/10 (Ten) sqm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material (Bricks) and handing over to the department and disposal of unserviceable material up to approved dumping site, In cement mortar, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
