Service - Fabrication of foundation, fitment of foundation, shipping of units to onboard location and installation of units on the foundation for following equipment at various locations onboard ship as per approved drawings. (a) 16 in nos of wall mounting bulkhead telephone sets (b) 16 in nos of desk mounting telephone sets (c) 10 in nos of emergency telephone sets (d) 20 in nos of weatherproof portable telephone sets (e) 10 in nos of IP phones telephone sets (f) 40 in nos of Flasher Hooter telephone sets (g) 40 in nos of Amplispeaker Unit Assembly (h) 310 in nos of analog phones (i) 01 in nos main DB (j) 200 in nos Telephone directory (k) 05 in nos of shore line connection Box. (l) 07 in nos. Administrator console, LAN switch POE enable, Media Gateways and FCBC.

Service – Manufacturing and provisioning of securing arrangement for-: (a) 500 in nos of socket boxes (b) 500 in no of Rossette Box

Service - Connectorisation (a) 500 lines (b) 40 in nos. of relays with main DB (c) 10 shore lines to shore line connection box and main DB. (d) 100 in nos. system and Power supply cables.

Service – Fitment of 100 new MCT glands.

Service - Renewal of cable trays 60 mm (provisioning, installation and removal of old cable tray including hot work)

Service – Proper earthing/ bonding of all units of as per NEC standard (NEC-STD 1101)

Service – Termination of old/ unused cables by terminating the shield circumferentially and grounding the core at both ends.

Service - Fabrication and fitment of clamps for mounting of channel trays and bulkhead mounted devices as required for all units of Telephone Exchange in all compartments.

Service – Manufacture and fitment of cable tallies 6x3x0.5mm – Aluminum (punched) for all cables of all units of Telephone Exchange in all compartments.

Service – Provisioning of all tools, equipment, slings, vehicles or any other item required for undertaking above mentioned work.
