| 2.00 | I. Selection, supply, testing, and commissioning of a latest emission-compliant dumper with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 28000 Kg or above, as per the technical specifications in Annexure ‘D’.
II. Supply and installation of an OEM-fitted or OEM-certified cold starting kit compatible with the offered vehicle, ensuring reliable operation in temperatures as low as -30°C.
III. Reinforcement of the cargo bed with a 4mm MS plate, securely welded to the original structure without compromising its integrity.
IV. Fabrication and installation of an MS grill for the protection of the HSD tank and brake lights etc as per direction of engineer in-charge.
V. Providing and fixing of a vehicle-mounted Public Address (PA) system comprising a 50W amplifier, weatherproof horn speakers, a noise-canceling microphone, and a vehicle battery-operated power supply.
VI. Proving four (04) heavy-duty anti-skid chains, made of high-tensile, wear-resistant MS alloy steel with a minimum 12mm thickness, designed for the vehicle’s tire size to ensure optimal traction and stability on snow and ice-covered roads.
VII. It includes painting the name of the Department, its official logo, and the designated slogan on both sides of the vehicle using high-quality, weather-resistant paint. The design, size, and color scheme shall be as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring visibility and durability in all weather
