COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF B/R AND E/M WORKS IN WSA AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down plastering in cement mortar in any position including removal of debris out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and making good but portion ordered to be dismantled complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; including dismantling/ taking out old broken tiles and thrown away out of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as per Item No. 6 above but except tiling (refixing of existing/ old tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified including demolition of old masonry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old walling complete all as specified and as directed.
