All works of repair of central Air Conditioning Plant shall be executed by company authorized reprsentative and the same shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work

Supply, charging & testing leakage with nitrogen gas upto required pressure in central AC plants system, off sizes comprising of 3 units including rectification of leakage by means of gas welding and making system leak proof at any of the AC plants, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & charging, refrigerant Mafron-22 (R-22) brought at site in company sealed cylinders at any installation/AC plants, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & charging, refrigerant R 407-C brought at site in company sealed cylinder at any installation/AC plants, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item no.3 & 4 :- Empty cylinders will be returned back to the contractor.

Dismantling and opening both side covers of condenser comprising of 3 units and de-scaling of condenser of capacity 8.75 TR to 25 TR at any installation, by using concentrated HCL solution carefully and roding with brushes including replacement of rubber gasket & worn out nuts, bolts of condenser, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of item no. 5 here in before but of capacity 40 to 60 TR for the plants located at certain technical accommodations complete all as specified.

M&L for servicing of condensor of Cap 40 TR cubical type by circulating the chemical as per the manufactirer recommendation to wipe out the deposists from the copper tubing, detection of gas leakage from the shell by filling nitrogen gas , repair of shell to prevent gas leakage. The shell will be tested for the discharge of water pressure as per manufacturer design, Cycle of chemical will be stopped once the desired water pressue is obtained. Make of plant Daiken. Note : Refrigerant reqd for the chiller will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

Dismantling and opening of GI sheet ducting from AHU for cleaning/de-scaling complete with automatic cleaning system comprising of air compressor, vacuum unit, dust cleaning equipment. Notes : (i) The cleaning of duct is to be started from AHU to different branches in different rooms. All the grills and diffusers are to be cleaned before re-fixing. Rate quoted shall also includes taking down of false ceiling as required and re-fixing the same and re-fixing of dismantled duct with proper clamps, nut, bolts all as specified and directed. (ii) The cleaning equipment shall have monitor, video camera etc for recording of complete cleaning process. The recording of complete cleaning process shall be stored and soft copy (DVD) of the same shall be handed over to the Engineer-in-Charge for record.

Dismantling and opening of cooling coil (AHU) at any installation complete for cleaning with acid solution, with circulating water pump etc, detection of leakage repair of damaged cooling coils tubes with necessary brazing after thorough cleaning etc complete and re-fixing the same, testing on load, complete all as specified and directed.Note : - The work should be done by auth compony rep .

Supply and fixing in repalcement micro type filter synthetic non woven type, supported with aluminium and HDPE mesh having filter efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron of size 600 x 600x150mm (as per sample) including taking out old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration and repair to the Micro processor based controller for package units reciprocating scroll type compressor Make Voltas capacity 8.75 TR to 60 TR including repair Motor Protection Device (MPD) and Voltage Protection Device (VPD), and 3 phase 415 volts electric supply complete to its full load capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Chrage.

Dismantling and taking out burnt electric Condenser pump motor of any make, type, RPM, 3 HP capacity, 3 phase 415 Volts, thoroughly cleaning and rewinding to stator with supper enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including allied insulating material and varnishing of stator, replacement of front and rear bearings (as per sample) of the electric motor, re-fixing in position including electric connection and testing complete on load, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item no. 82 here in before but AHU motor (Blower motor) 3 HP 3 Phase suitable for existing AHU of cap 8.75 TR AC Plant of Make Voltas. Make CG or equivalent.

Dismanting and taking out burnt electric Cooling Tower fan motor of any make, type, RPM, 2 HP capacity 3 phase 415 volts, thoroughly cleaning and rewinding to stator with super enemeled copper wire of appropriate gauge including allied insulating material and varnishing of stator replacement of front and rear bearings (asper sample) of the electric motor, re-fixing in position including electric connection and testing complete on load, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item no. 84 here in before but Cooling Tower fan motor 3 HP 3 Phase of cap 48 TR AC Plant of Make Voltas.

M& L for repair to Chiller unit cubical type make Daikin Cap 40 TR x 3 Nos as per the fwg procedure:- (a) Isolating the complete chiller unit from water circulation curcuit and dismantling the evaporator to carry out the repair work of shell. Replacement of copper tubes of the shell with new one including brazing. Total circuit in the evaporator are for 4 compressor. All the tubes of 4 circuits to be replaced. Descaling the complete unit by circulating descaling agent to obtain desire gas pressure. (Evaporator unit to be taken out carefully by descaling the shell if necessry at site. Detection of leakage to be done by injecting N2 gas in copper tubing including assembly of unit after carrying out repair work and connection with the chiller unit and compressor line and testing the unit after descaling complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for isolating complete chiller unit from water circulation circuit and dismantling the condensor to carry out the repair work of shell. Replacement of copper tubes of the shell with new one including brazing. Descaling the complete unit by circulating descaling agent to obtain desire gas pressure. Condensor unit to be taken out carefully by descaling the shell if necessry at site. Detection of leakage to be done by injecting N2 gas in copper tubing including assembly of unit after carrying out repair work and connection with the chiller unit and compressor line and testing the unit after descaling complete all as specified and directed. Notes ;- (i) The cost of transportation and back is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) The refrigerant gas required for top up will be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (iii) The work of replacement of copper tubing shall be executed and completed by the authorised representative nominated by the manufacturer. The authorized rep will be approved by the GE before commencement of work
