Re-surfacing/Re-conditioning of existing wornout Each 90R/52Kg/60Kg CMS/Built-up, tongue rail, SEJ of all type viz. 1 in 16 or 1 in 12 or 1 in 8.5 after proper surface preparation by removal of all hardened, fatigued & loose metal by grindings and depositing of weld metal on the nose and wing rails over the worn out length by electric arc welding process using double electrode system for use against "H-3C" electrode (using two electrodes system C P BUFFER 040 (Buffer layer) & CP TOP 080 (Hard surfacing layer) including grinding thereafter to the standard crossing profile as per instructions laid down in manual for reconditioning of MM steel, P&C, SEJ s and CMS/Built-up crossing 1996 used by RDSO/LUCKNOW with contractor's own welding plant, grinding machine with all accessories, electrodes under the direct supervision of Railway representative including all equipment, labour, tools plant, tackles etc. required for reconditioning with all lead, lift crossing of tracks etc . complete and as directed by the Engineer-in charge or his authorized representative at site.
