SH-I : SITC of Air Conditioning works

Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of four way chilled water cassette Fan Coil unit with 2 row deep chilled water cooling coil, inbuild drain pump and wireless remote control complete with all necessary valve arrangement i.e. Ball valve with strainer, Ball valve with out strainer and control valve with acuator and thermostat.

3.0 TR, 1200 CFM

Valve station consist of on-off Ball valve set with strainer and without strainer of 3/4" x 5/8” size and with 2way on-off valve of 25mm and Copper tubing of 5/8” size duly insulated fitted with necessary fittings of suitable size. VS-101 valve station can be used for 2.5 to 4ton capacity Cassette Fan coil unit.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building/masonary ducts (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators, bends, reducers, tees, supports, flow indicators etc fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / m3 density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘O’ insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note:- The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239. (Thickness of the nitrile insulation shall be 32 mm).

Dismantling of existing Cassette units inside the Aerobridges including dismantling the existing CHW and Drain pipes, Ducts, Diffusers etc. and shifting the same to AAI dismantle store/ garbage pit as required i/c dismantling all civil materials such as ACP/false ceiling etc. for carrying out the erection work as required or as per instruction of EIC. **Refixing Work with ACP sheets around AC units is considered in Item No.3 of SH-II. Note: Each Job is for One Aerobridge and Each Aerobridge has 8-10 Casette Units in the existing system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning following Power Plug-socket and switch along with suitable modular box ,modular base and cover plate for Chilled Water Cassette units.

Supplying, laying,testing & commissioning of the following size of cable tray conforming to relevant latest amended Indian Standards laid over MS supports including clamping the cable trays to supports in an approved manner as required complete with all accessories.

SH-II : Electrical Works

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 21 to 25W RECESS MOUNTING DOWNLIGHTER having minimum system Lumen output of 1900 lumen or more, White powder coated, elegantly designed pressure die-cast aluminium heat sink for efficient heat dissipation & white finish polycarbonate ring for holding the diffuser, Mirror finish anodized reflector with facets for uniform light distribution, High efficiency long life SMD LED module, Powered by integral SMPS based constant current electronic driver with lower THD, Output Short Circuit Protection, Surge Voltage Protection and other safety tests as latest as IS specification & fixing suitably into false ceiling by 2 nos. of SS springs / clips including connections with 1.5 sq. mm single core FRLS PVC insulated copper flexible cable and earthing etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of 2 x 18W T5 LED 4ft long conventional FTL from the false ceiling of aero bridge at Terminal-2 and other locations as required, taking adequate safety measures including transporting and storing the dismantled fixtures at AAI store complete as required.

Providing, fabricating, fixing of 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel of approved make and shade comprising of both side skin of 0.50mm thick aluminium alloy sheet of grade A303 at required location on existing frames including cutting the grooves and finishing with silicon sealant all complete as where as required as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor power cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on wall / surface as required.
