ALUMINIUM

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.Pre- laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Providing and fixing paneling or paneling and glazing in paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick :Float glass panes 5.5 mm thick glass panes.(with etching Stickers)

Providing and fixing 100 mm brass locks ( best make of approved quality ) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete

Providing and fixing PTMT Tower Bolts with 12 mm one piece rod inside and necessary screws etc., complete.202x42x18 mm weighing not less than 78 gms

Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar 32 mm outer dia, 3.0mm thick & 2100 mm long with S.S. screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.Polyester powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium tubular handle bar

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width form 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete

PAINTING

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Wiring through PVC conduit

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.(Make:Havells/Finolex/V-guard/Polycab) 2x1.5 sq.mm + 1x1.5 sq.mm earth wire

(But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) 6 way, Double door

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

S/F DP ISOLATOR

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, ISOLATOR having a sensitivity current upto 100 to 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc, as required.(Make: Legrand/Havells/HPL) 40A

Miscellaneous

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 TR, 5 star rated (as per BEE) Air Cooled High Wall mounted Inverter type Split Air Conditioner consisting of high wall mounted type room unit (fan coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of enegy efficient suitable rotary compressor for operation on single phase, 230 V, 50Hz supply, fixing the outdoor unit on a raised platform as per manufacturers recommendation and fixing of room (fan coil) unit on wall, standard 4 m distance refrigerant copper piping with 13mm nitrile rubber insulation, providing and making interconnection between room & condenser as per site conditions, comprising of 1" dia drain PVC pipe with insulation 4m, canvas connections, full electrical cabling from power plug near indoor unit and to outdoor unit, ODU MS stand, first charge refrigerant gas, suitable stabilizer etc complete as required. Make: Voltas, Toshiba, Blue Star, Siemens, Mitsubuishi, Hitachi or equivalent on authorized and approved by Electrical Engineer - HLL Lifecare Limited.

MEDICAL GAS PIPELINE WORKS

Copper Piping & Fitting :

All copper pipes would be Solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, nonarsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased materials conforming to BS:EN :13348:2001 + A1:2005 Pipes sizes would be used as under: Copper Fittings: Fittings would be made of copper and suitable for a stem of working pressure of 17 bar and would confirm to BS 864 with specially made for brazed socket type connections.

BPC Oxygen Flow meter with Humidifier Bottle:

• Flow meter would be Backpressure Compensated. • Flow meter would be accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0-15 liters per minute. • It would meet strict precision and durability standards. • Flow meter body would be made of brass material. • Flow tube and shroud components would be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. • The humidifier bottle would be unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 134 degrees centigrade. The humidifier would have built in safety valve.

Single piece wall mounted suction collection & regulation unit With jar capacity of 600ml each shall be provided at each of the bed side. Jars are would be made of autoclavable materials. The units shall be clamped to the wall using suitable clamps.

ISOLATION VALVES: LEAK CLASS

Would be 900 turn, ball valves of brass body, duly chrome plated on the outer periphery, SS ball with high quality Teflon seated, connected to pipeline with brass ferrule for easy maintenance. ID of the copper pipe and the ball valve would have same dimensions to avoid the flow friction

Area Alarm

Area Gas alarm panel Three Lines, Would audio- visual alarms for each gas used on the floor and come fitted with test and mute button. Running on electricity 220V, these units are suggested to be fitted on each floor as well as areas of heavy usage. It would be fitted with a pressure gauge. It indicates low, medium & high pressure sensors. (Digital)
