Carrying out Preventive Maintenence and routine maintenance 'B' check by authorised OEM only such as general inspection,lubrication service ,cooling system service ,fuel system service ,servicing and testing of batteries ,regular engine excercise including replacement of filters such as oil filters, fuel filters, cooling elements and complete with 'O' rings and drain out the old engine oil and filling up with the new engine oil including testing of diesel generator set of capacity 25 KVA to 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed by the Engr- in- charge. Make: Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Greaves/ Ruston Note :- (i) Engine oil and spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items. (ii) The preventive maintenance to be carried out by the contractor within 30 days after the commencement of contract otherwise penalty will be imposed @ Rs. 5000.00 per week. (iii) The contractor have to submit the original receipt of Preventive maintenance done by OEM for any make DG set and any Capacity while submitting the bill.

Disconnecting the oil cooler of any make / any model from the the existing locations duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down from the engine for complete servicing, opening into parts and cleaning thoroughly by using with chemical cleaning and pressure testing, refixing back to its original positions with 'O' rings / gaskets complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in- charge

Supply only air cleaning element inner and outer with necessary ‘O’ rings for DG set up to 750 KVA as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only fuel filter with ‘O’ rings up to 750 KVA DG sets as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Lub Oil filter with ‘O’ rings up to 750 KVA DG sets as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only inhibitor corrosion anti freeze coolant up to 750 KVA DG sets of capacity as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting all the incoming and out going rubber hoses and drain out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out Chemical cleaning, opening the top and bottom covers of the radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator, cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and re-fixing the same to its original position with suitable size of nut, bolt and washers etc, for the DG sets up to 320 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs battery cable leads of copper conductor single core, multistranded, 95 Sq.mm. with copper lugs from 12 V, 180 AH battery bank of 24 Volts to self starter (Apprx. 1.00m long) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F alternator V Belt suitable for 500 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F Water pumps 'V' belt suitable for up to 500 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F Fan 'V' belt suitable for up to 750 KVA DG set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Engine oil 20W/40 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :- Castrol/Servo/ Indian Oil or equivalent as approved by the GE.

M & L for taking down turbo charger, taking out to work authorised work shop dismantling, cleaning and replacement of turbo charger kit ( i.e shaft, O ring, bearing/ bush and nut bolts) clamps hoses including calibration of turbo charger and refixing to its origional positions after repairs and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for in repairs for taking down self starter, dismantling , cleaning and replacement of starter winding, turbo bushes and bearings and refixing back to its origional position after repairs and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for in repairs for taking down alternator, dismantling , cleaning and replacement of starter winding, carbon bushes , bearings and diodes and refixing back to its original position after repairs and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for in repairs dismantling rusted/ defective acoustic enclosure doors hinges and supply and fix new door hinges of any size including cutting, welding, brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for in repairs dismantling unserviceable auto mains failures unit and supply and fix new wiring harness via 2 Nos connectors on the rear of the KG-545 AMF unit for kirloskar 250 KVA DG set including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling the Diesel Generator set radiator of capacity 320 KVA to 500 KVA , removing out the unserviceable core completely and replacing the old core with new copper core including servicing ,cleaning of front side radiator core, brazing, assembling & pressure test complete at workshop and commissioning at the site of GE(P) (N) Kalinga all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i)The above Quoted rate includes the charges of transportation from GE(P) N Kalinga to workshop and back . (ii) Overhauling and radiator core replacement will be carried out by authorised agency as per the manufacturers. A certificate will be rendered by the contractor that the engine overhauling is got done by the authorised agents. (iii) The contractor is liable to rectify any defect occurs after the repair carried out for a period of two years.

Dismantling of fuel injector pump from DG Set, transporting to workshop for calibrating and replacement of wornout parts like TD piston,service kit including all types of filter and including filling of new engine oil 15W40 required,compressor spring,cam bush,alternator bush, supplier pump,TR pin bush, and packing kit including pressure setting and connecting lathe work complete and refixing the same after proper cleaning of DG Set of capacity upto 320 KVA

Dismantling / removal of accoustic doors by cutting and removing out the corodded parts of canopy of DG set of capacity 500KVA , including supply of materials and labour, replacing CRCA sheet of 2mm thick and necessary welding brazing,grinding,etc ,fixing unserviceable hinges suitable for 500 KVA DG set with proper alignment and giving excellent surface finish by applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint with spray gun and necessary stickering for capacity and make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply only Battery, Maintenance free,high charge characteristic having battery capacity 90 AH.12 V , filled and factory charged for Diesel Generator Set having capacity of 25 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Exide and model No. Exide Genplus (GP110D31L) or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Warranty on batteries shall be minimum 02 years.

M& L for major overhauling 320 KVA DG set engine ( Make- Greaves) of by dismantling completely and replacing worn- out / unserviceable parts like connecting rod, piston, piston rings , lub oil pump etc, and reassembling the engine and fixing to the original position, coupling engine with alternator including alignment and testing and commissioning of DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (i) Overhauling will be carried out by authorised agency as per the manufacturers. A certificate will be rendered by the contractor that the engine overhauling is got done by the authorised agents. (ii) All the spare parts replaced as mentioned above will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) The Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of any spares replaced during overhauling other than supply only items, required coolant and lubricating oil as prescribed by the manufacturers instructions (iv) The Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of engine head grinding, intake and exhaust valve grinding/ seating , testing and calibration of fuel injection pump and injectors (v) Diesel for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to department

Dismantling of Accoustic Doors ( top, left ,right) side, internal and external hose connection and taking out the damaged radiator core and sending it to civil workshop for repair/replacement of damaged radiator core with new copper core completely with servicing of fan assembly of 160 KVA to 250KVA DG Set Comlplete with Pressure test at workshop and fixing back complete at the site with all acessories and topping up with anti freeze coolant (Qty- 50 Ltrs) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i)The above Quoted rate includes the charges of transportation from GE(P) N Kalinga to workshop and back . (ii) Overhauling will be carried out by authorised agency as per the manufacturers. A certificate will be rendered by the contractor that the engine overhauling is got done by the authorised agents. (iii) The Contractor is liable to rectify any defect occurs after the repair carried out for a period of two years.

Supply , fix and commission Magnetic Pick up Mpu set suited for DG set of capacity 160 KVA to 750 KVA of any make having resistance value 300 ohms max, temperature range in between 55 Degree celsius to 105 Degree celsius, made of metal material, with ideal output of 1.5 volts AC main and Max output 30 voltage AC all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The item shall be orginal and made by Governers america Cop and suitable for DG set of any make.

Supply, fix and commission in repair microprocessor-based generator set Control Panel (125 TO 250KVA DG Set) of any make and model and as per site requirement for monitoring, metering, and control system to provides a simple operator interface to the generator set, digital voltage regulation, digital engine speed governing, start / stop control, 12V/24V battery operation and generator set protective functions for integration of all functions into a single control system to provide enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control systems all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Installation and Commisioning will be carried out by authorised agency as per the manufacturers. A certificate will be rendered by the contractor that the item installation is got done by the authorised agents. Fabricating, supply and fixing MES installation Glow sign board fabricated out of two side polycarbonate unbreakable sheet LG vinyl cutting duly framed with 18 SWG GI sheet and suitable angle iron frame of not less than 35x35x5 mm errected at a height of 1.5 mtr from ground level duly embedded in PCC. The sign Board to be written in bold letters of standard size as per sample, duly fitted with 2x10 watt LED tube light fitings with prewired and connectd to the street light feeder through one three core PVC insulated copper conductor 1.5 sq mm drawn through MS conduit of adequate size to avoid mechanical damage on ground and raising on sign board or street light pole or bldg for MES ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS complete all as specified and directed.
