M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper including 1mm putty complete all as specified.(Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement upto 25m height)

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified.(Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement upto 25m height)

M&L for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of walls, pillars and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of old polished wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of manson polish complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of existing old surface of any type and apply one coat of weather coat exterior emulsion on vertical as well as horizontal surface inlcuding brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorecence salts, trading oil, greasy spots vegitation, green fungus etc completed all as per manufacturer instruction. (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement upto 25m height)

M&L for preparation of existing old surface of any type and apply two coats of weather coat exterior emulsion on vertical as well as horizontal surface inlcuding brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorecence salts, trading oil, greasy spots vegitation, green fungus etc completed all as per manufacturer instruction. (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement upto 25m height)

M&L for preparation old metal sheet roof of any height by removing mildew, dirt and any loose flaps of old paint on roof surface and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint by mechanical means of machine spray Complete all as per manufacturer Instruction and directed by Engr in Charge. (Rate shall be inclusive of scafolding and other arrangement upto 25m height)

M&L french polishing on wooden surface of any discription width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler but one or more coat on old work incl complete removal of exiting paint complete all as specified and directed.
