SPECIAL REPAIRS FOR REPLACEMENT OF BER AIR CONDITIONERS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT HQ SNC NAVAL BASE, KOCHI, PROVISION OF WATER COOLERS AT COMMAND RECRUITMENT OFFICE AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI AND PROVN OF DEFICIENT ACS AT HQ SNC, AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI

Dismantling and taking down unsv BER window AC of any capacity comprising of all connected accessories from existing locations and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for closing the existing opening with brick and cement mortar works at the removed locations of window ACs, plastering, painting as matching to the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unsv BER split AC including dismantling of copper three core cable connecting MCB boxes, copper piping etc complete making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit 1.0 TR capacity (dual Inverter type) with HD filter complete with cordless remote control, 5 star labelled, latest model energy efficent model eco friendly, 3000 Kcal / Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled condenser with 100% copper & Goldfin/bluefin coating and 100% copper cooling coil with ocean black protection complete all accessories varied speed including fixing the out door unit with suitable stand as per site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/supports/making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes(by using core cutting machine) drain pipes to reach nearest drain, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including refrigerant pipes with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance and first charging of refrigerant gas including cordless remote, connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit 2 TR capacity (dual Inverter type) with HD filter complete with cordless remote control, 5 star labelled, latest model energy efficent model eco friendly, 6000 Kcal / Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled condenser with 100% copper & Goldfin/bluefin coating and 100% copper cooling coil with and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with suitable stand as per site requirement and necessary wall cutting/supports/making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes(by using core cutting machine) drain pipes to reach nearest drain, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including refrigerant pipes with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance as per site requirement, and first charging of refrigerant gas including cordless remote, connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - (i) All outdoor units must be installed/ placed in service friendly location /as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. The bidder must visit the site before bidding to ensure feasibility of location to ensure requirement of refrigerant pipes/electrical fittings. (ii) The bidder should install the AC by the auth rep of OEM and provide test certificate . (iii) The ACs should have warranty for 10 years on compressor, 05 yrs warranty on PCBs, fan motor (indoor& outdoor) & swing motor and 01 year comprehenssive warranty. In this condition the contractor has to submit the warranty certificate by the OEM/Authorised dealer before claiming the RAR. (iv) Taking down and refixing of false ceiling and wall panellling if any included in the unit rate quoted. (v) Material and labour for fixing of extra drain pipe included in the unit rate quoted

Supply and fix MCB protected socket 4 module 20A, metal base, PVC plate (white) color cover plate suitable for upto 2.0 Ton AC with 16A 3 pin top, 20 A SP MCB 16A scoket duly concealed on the surface/wall including making all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper tube of size both 1/2" & 1/4" from indoor unit to outdoor unitincluding nitrile rubber insulation for refrigerant line suitable for 1.5 ton AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of copper tube of size both 3/4" & 1/4" from indoor unit to outdoor unitincluding nitrile rubber insulation for refrigerant line suitable for 1.5 ton AC all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of copper tube of size both 5/8" & 1/4" from indoor unit to outdoor unitincluding nitrile rubber insulation for refrigerant line suitable for 1.5 ton AC all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fix and commissioning of water cooler with inbuilt water purifier with Hot , normal & Cold water storage capacity of 4 Ltrs, 25 Ltrs and 25 Ltrs respectively of steel body (SS-304 Grade), with Ozone /UV purification and with repurification of storage tank once in atleast 08 hrs through venturi controlled microprocessor based with discharge capacity minimum 90 Ltrs per hour including making electric connection, fresh water pipe line as per the site requirment,making suitable arrangement for drain, foundation as per OEM, making good the disturbed surface and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item Sr No 11 - (a) water cooler must be installed/ placed in service friendly location /as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. The bidder must visit the site before bidding to ensure feasibility of location for intallation of water cooler including making electrical connectioin, water supply connection and drain water pipe rquired lenght at site at site. (b) After completion of work the contractor shall submit water test report from Govt authorised lab of all water cooler as per OEM or as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) The bidder shall install the water cooler by the auth rep of OEM and provide test certificate. (d) The water cooler should have warrenty for 10 year warranty on compresser, 5 year warrenty on PCB Board and 01 year comprehensive warrenty. In this condition the contractor has to submit the warrenty certificate issued by the OEM before claiming RAR.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230 with accuracy + 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix AC voltage stabilizer, copper wounded suitable for 1.5 TR inverter type split AC, automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second, fixed on wall with necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed.
