SPECIAL REPAIR OF CENTRAL AC DUCT FOR PAYLOAD STORE AND ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO TECH BUILDINGS OF INAS 343 AND MANUAL FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND ESCAPE LIGHTING IN BUILDINGS AT PORBANDAR UNDER GE NAVY PORBANDAR

Taking down existing damaged GI duct & of any size with insualtion complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet of grade 120 class VII confirming to IS:655 ducting confirming to SMACNA standards air distribution system with TDF flange rectangular /square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed ,including all accessories such as corner , cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc as per standard engineering practice for central air conditioning of building including inter connectors as required from AHU units to space to be air conditioned complete & making good to disturbed surface with finished to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge as per following size :-

(a) 20 Gauge factory fabricated duct

(b) 22 Gauge factory fabricated duct

(c) 24 Gauge factory fabricated duct

M&L for duct insulation of size 25 mm with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr and suitable size CRCA sheet for outer exposed area.

Dismantling of U/S existing cross arms by means made from channels, angles, U/S FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc. from OH line and removing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F Cross arms ,bracings,supports,clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Sub main wiring of size 4 sq mm 2 core (FRLS) along with earth wire of 4 sq mm single core of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor including PVC casing caping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Switch socket combination 5 in 1, 5 pin 16 Amps flush type universal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing manual call point resettable type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of electronic sounder/Hooter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of switching mode power supply 230 Volt AC to 24 Volt Dc converter from main existing DB to MCP and Hooter point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying of flxible service cable copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC round sheathed multicore industrial Cables for voltage grade upto 1100 V. as per IS 694:1990 drawn with PVC conduit with all accessorie MS/PVC sheet metal sunken modular switch / Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and complete all as specified and directed for Sounder and MCP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L point wiring for one 3 pin 5 amps socket out let point on independent board with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLSH of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, PVC medium grade surface casing capping not less then 20 mm width with MS sheet metal sunken switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and ebonite switch board cover 3.0 mm thick or PVC moulded switch board and brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cutting chases and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate. (for Escape light)

S & F in replacement modular socket, Socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Escape light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of ceiling rose surface backelite 65x50 mm having 3 terminal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
