Unit Net Present Value
This value (Unit NPV) shall be manually entered on the nProcure Portal. Bidder to ensure correct NPV Value is entered on tendering portal (n)procure SoR form
Bidder shall use the Unit Net Present Value (NPV) calculation sheet for calculating Unit NPV for respective type of Dispenser and the same shall be entered on the nProcure portal manually.
In case of any discrepancies, the unit rates quoted by the Bidder online on the nProcure portal shall prevail and NPV shall be re-calculated / corrected in accordance with the quoted unit rates for further evaluation and Bidder ranking shall stand revised accordingly.
Unit rates for Comprehensive AMC services to be quoted by the Bidder shall meet the requirement of minimum percentage of Capex as detailed in the Instruction to Bidder document. In case of the same not meeting the said requirement, it will be corrected as per minimum requirement and NPV shall be re-calculated / corrected in accordance with the same for further evaluation and Bidder ranking shall stand revised accordingly.
Company's decision of Commercial Bid Evaluation shall be final and binding to all the bidders in all cases.
