11kV HT Line :-

Equipments and switchgear:-

Supply of 11KV 400 A, 25kA G.O. switches (porcelain insulator type) complete with manually operated equipment and accessories required for their satisfactory operation for their use on distribution sub-station and tapping /sectionalizing points of 11 KV lines

Supply of 11KV, outdoor, open, dropout (D.O.) explusion type fuse units, complete with manually operated equipment and accessories required for their satisfactory operation for their use on distribution sub-station and tapping /sectionalizing points of 11 KV lines.

Poles & Conductor/cable :-

Supply of 10.00 Mtr. Long ISI marked swaged steel tubular pole as per IS: 2713/1980 (Part-'A') as amended from time to time, along with Cap Welded on top & Cast iron Base plate of designation 410SP-47

Supply of RCC pipe (Muff) ISI marked suitable for different sizes of steel poles. 2000 mm in length and 25 mm thick with 250 mm internal dia duly fabricated by using un-galvanized MS wires of 12 SWG rings and 6 mm MS round in vertical direction conforming to ISI 458-1988 or latest version if any.

Supply of ACSR "Rabbit" conductor of size 6/1/3.35 mm (50mm2) conforming to IS-398 (Part-II)/1996 with upto date amendments.

Insulators:-

Supply of 11 kV Pin Insulator Brown Glazed Porcelain insulator alongwith GI Pin confirming to IS-731/1971 or latest version thereof with minimum and maximum creepage distance distance & duly fitted with lead/zinc thimble suitable for use with GI forged pin having small steel head as per IS:2486 (Part-I & II) of 1993 & latest amendment if any. Moderately polluted atmospheres Creepage distance- 320mm

Supply of 11 KV Disc insulator B&S type conformimg to IS-731/1971 all latest version thereof for suspension & tension string ball and socket type having pin ball. The minumum and maximum creepage distance with diameter of insulator- 225 mm & having electromechanical strength 90KN. The insulator shall have W type phosphors bronze security clips for ball socket porcelain conforming IS: 2486-1971 (90KN) complete in all respect. Moderately polluted atmospheres Creepage distance 320mm

Fittings and accessories :-

Stay Sets:-

Supply of Stay Set Suitable for 11KV made of M.S. Round 1800mm in length, 18mm dia having threads up to 300mm on one end with one nut and one check nut to avoid slippage and eye of 40mm dia on other side and welded confirming to REC specification. Elbow made of MS channel iron 75x40x6mm, 250mm long and M.S. Round 18mm dia, vertical height 450mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 25mm minimum in length and welded with channel iron. One anchor of Angle Iron 65x65x6mm, 750mm in length with one hole of 20mm dia in the centre. The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

Stay Wire:-

Supply of Galvanized Stay Strand conforming to ISS-2141/1992 Edition 2002-05 (with upto date amendments) with heavy coating Zinc hot Dip Galvanized as per ISS-4826/1979 (2001-06) (latest)of following grade and size:- Grade -4 Size 7/3.15mm (7/10SWG)

EARTHING:-

Supply of Earthing set suitable for HT line/Earthing of metering unit made of GI pipe 40 mm dia (internal dia) wall thickness 3.25 mm medium quality pipe of standard make conforming to IS: specifications 2500 mm long with GI Socket closed at top pipe shall have holes of 12 mm dia every 150 mm apart throughout the length and staggered diameterically. Full clamps of MS Flat 40x3 mm fitted at top end of the pipe along with bolts and nuts size 50x12 mm and washers for fixing the clamp on the pipe. The bottom end of the pipe shall be tapered cut at 45 degree.

Supply of MS Channel 100x50x6 mm Cross Arm: Fabrication and supply of Cross arms suitable for 11 KV made of only TATA/SAIL/RASHTRIYA ISPAT M.S. Channel Iron 100x50x6 mm Cross Arm, suitable for fixing on both Steel and PCC Poles whatever is required single/double pole structure of 11KV line with holes at suitable places wherever required to adjust 5/8” dia nuts and bolts, clamps, pin insulators, ball cleaves, eye socket and washers. The weight of MS channel should be strictly 13.10 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%. The Cross Arm should be duly painted with two coat red oxide paint of superior quality:

Supply of MS Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm :Fabrication and supply of members made of only TATA/SAIL/RASHTRIYA ISPAT M.S. Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm, suitable for fixing on Steel double pole structure of 11KV structures with holes at suitable places wherever required to adjust 5/8” dia nuts and bolts. The weight of MS Angle Iron should be 4.5 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%. The member should be duly painted with two coat red oxide paint of superior quality:

2125 mm long for x-bracing set

750 mm long for x-arm for single pole

1800 mm for belting

Supply of MS Channel 75x40x6 mm Cross Arm: Fabrication and supply of Cross arms suitable for 11 KV made of only TATA/SAIL/RASHTRIYA ISPAT M.S. Channel Iron 75x40x6 mm Cross Arm, suitable for fixing on both Steel and PCC Poles whatever is required single/double pole structure of 11KV line with holes at suitable places wherever required to adjust 5/8” dia nuts and bolts for supporting GO Switch / DO Fuse units. The weight of MS channel should be strictly 7.14 Kg per meter with a variation of +/-5%. The Cross Arm should be duly painted with two coat red oxide paint of superior quality:

Supply of ISI marked Galvanised Mild Steel wire conforming to ISS-280/1978/2006 (with up to date amendments ) for general engineering purpose, having fine finish, hot dip galvanised, with heavy coating of Zinc as per ISS-4826/1979 (2001-06)(latest) in soft condition and of size 4.00 mm (8 SWG)

Supply of M.S. Hexagon Bolts and Nuts with washers conforming to ISI-1363-1992 off size

Supply of Danger Plate Size: 250x200x1.6 mm made of mild steel plates 1.6 (minimum) thick vitreous enameled white letter figure, conventional skull and X-Boxes and signal red colour on front side for use in HPSEBL. The rear side of the plate shall be black enameled and conforming to IS specifiction no. IS-1351/1982 suitable for 11KV
