Appendix I-MAINTENANCE TO THE TEMPLE STRUCTURE IN CONNECTION WITH FESTIVAL IN 1201 ME

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:One or more coats on old work

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Providing and fixing single scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto 5m height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube, 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after.
