Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averageing 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to (or deduct from) above item for every 3 cm or part thereof above or below 15 cm average depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 ton complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 150mm thick soling or (sub base) with broken boulders, or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient or camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (completed thickness), WBM (Water bound macadam) in two layers of 75mm thick each, with coarse aggregates of broken boulders of lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, leveled rolled with 8 to 10 tonne Power Roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @10.00Kg per 10Sqm with using paving bitumen of grade of VG-10 over water bound macadam (WBM) surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% paving bitumen content (VG-30) and minimum 2% cement as filler by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and laid with self propelled mechanical paver fixed with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform surfaces with required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Semi Dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix. The contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen content as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs.50.00 per kg of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically with old size sub class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new or previously treated road surfaces to receive painting and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like n exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 11 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC Design Mix M-25 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

RCC Design Mix M-30 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.
