Sweeping the floor of the office and godown brooming the surroundings washing the floor of the office with detergent like phenoil, vim, etc. Spraying the surroundings with pesticide, periodical cleaning of drinking water tank as directed by OIC, ALHW, Kochi for the period of 1 year.

Providing round the clock watch and ward duty to the office of the Officer in charge, ALHW, Kochi for the period of 1 year.

Providing assistance for handling of departmental materials in side departmental godown at Kochi and up keeping the transit accomodation & Guest House and other miscellaneous works connected with the transportation of materials from Kochi etc. As per the direction of OIC, ALHW, Kochi for a period of 1 year.

Supply SM & USM as and when required for attending unforeseen maintenance works and miscellaneous works for Office, Godown and quarters at Kochi such as attending repairs to Eectrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, clearing bushes etc. complete. (Once in 2 months).
