PART-II (E/M WORKS) Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized strip 25x4mm by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore & 40 mm bore GI medium grade protection pipe, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar, GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule 2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor) of size 16 sqmm 4 core,1100 volts (Earthed) grade, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) laid thorught duct/pipe in trenches etc with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tube light grade 40mm bore with fitting laid in trenches of for road crossing for protection of LT underground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of car washing plant of capacity of three phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 2.5 HP Motor and washing pump with triple plunger, pressure capacity 45 Bar, heavy duty, cast iron body, 17 LPM Semi automatic having water pressure pipe of length not less than 15 mtr complete duly grouted in PCC block of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, grouting nut bolt and other necessary civil works, complete all as specified and directed. Make: ATS ELGI Model No. P36/30 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing Three phase DOL starter in SS enclosure heavy duty 4 Pole contactor type TC1-DX with wde band operating coil, overload relay type LR3D with manul re-set and yellow flag for trip indication for 3 HP, complete all as specified and directed.
