Two coats
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :
Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).
Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.
One coat.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :
Two or more coats on new work.
Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
12mm average thickness
Applying crack filler Dr.Fixit crack- X-paste or equivalent by removing existing paints to expose the plaster at line cracks ,widening the cracks upto 2mm , apply the crack filler firmly and level the surface , allow it settle for 24 hours into the crack with a spatula or putty knife and then apply another coat, all as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
