Special Eligibility Criteria

   As per RDSO letter No : MW/CS/PEWB dated 11.11.25 or latest. Vendor should be approved by RDSO for manufacturing and supply of Pit less electronic in motion weighbridge(15KMPH). The firm should upload the vendor approval copy and valid quality audit certificates along with its offers, else the offer submitted shall be summarily rejected.

   Preference to Make in India Policy: Procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at it's own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class I local supplier for this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying/ eligibility criteria/conditions.

   Authorised dealers / Agents of the approved vendors / OEM must submit tender specific authorization letter from RDSO approved manufacturers of the item , failing which their offer will be summarily rejected

If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates (having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control, etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.
